Birds had blocked the stack causing a stack fire we removed the pots and bricks and made the stack safe again with new bird proof pots.
The old roof felt had sagged so any water that passed the tiles could not get into the gutter as it had sagged. We replaced with a timber to support the felt so it can not sag in the future.
The tile had slipped down the roof because the timber lath behind and rotted and failed. We stripped back and fitted net lath and the tiles back in place.
Locale the broken til on roof and replace. The heavy rain had caused the ceiling to show wet patches. We called out and replaced the tile for £60:

Set up scaffolding to high roof to carry out repairs to slates the roof was 16m high. We have our own scaffolding so can erect fast ro fix leak fast.
Tiles had slipped out of place and cement had fallen into the valley causing a dam. We fixed back tiles and repaired the cement edges.
Fit back a slipped slate that was causing a leak in the bathroom the repairs were carried out within the hour so no damage to the ceiling.
